My name is Eric “Ric” Sears and I am a candidate for Greene County
Recorder.
Ihave been married to Carol for 35 years. We have raised our
three children in Greene Co. and at this time we live in
Beavercreek. Carol is a teacher with Sugarcreek schools. We are
lucky our children live and work also in Greene County. Our
family includes Erika and her husband Dan, Drew and his wife Kim,
and our youngest daughter, Kelley.
I graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of
Science in Business.
I have continuing education courses in the field. I have worked
every phase of the real estate title and closing business since
graduation. I have managed offices of over twenty people and one
that encompassed a three state area. I presently manage my own title
and abstract company. I have worked in and with the offices in
Greene Co. for over thirty years and enjoy a great working
relationship not only with the Recorder’s office but also with all
the elected officials. I have also a working relationship with many
other Recorders’ offices throughout the state.
My willingness to work fulltime along with my past experience and
knowledge will help to improve the office of the Recorder.
